BOSTON – The application by a Cape Cod non-profit organization was denied to open a Registered Marijuana Dispensary.
JCS Holdings, who applied under the name Haven Center, was denied during the second round of applications to fill counties that were not already awarded a dispensary.
The state invited five applicants, that were denied in the first round, to reapply for counties who were not awarded dispensaries.
JCS Holdings was the only applicant of the five to be denied.
The organization applied for dispensaries and cultivation facilities in Bristol and Suffolk counties.
