BARNSTABLE – State Police investigators searched the area near the Route 6 rest stop this morning.
Troopers gathered around 11 a.m. to search the area where the body of 28 year old Christine Ferreira was found on September 19.
Ferreira’s body was found around 4 a.m. with stabbing wounds and multiple gunshots.
No arrests have been made so far in connection with her death.
