Steamship Authority Fixes Website Glitch

WOODS HOLE – The Steamship Authority reports they have fixed the problem that caused their website to crash on the first day of summer reservations.

Customers who were trying to book their summer travel Thursday had their access to the website limited due to a technical glitch. The issue was fixed later in the day on Thursday.

“The technical problem that limited access to General Public 2018 Summer Reservation openings has been resolved,” said Steamship Authority General Manager Robert Davis. “We encourage our customers who were unable to make their summer reservations earlier to retry the booking process for their 2018 Summer Reservations.”

“We wish to thank our customers for their patience while we resolved our issues. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience,” Davis added.
