Steamship Authority Honors Art Contest Winners

WOODS HOLE – The winners of the Steamship Authority’s second “Sail Into Imagination” student art contest were honored last month during a reception at Cotuit Center for the Arts.

Thirteen winners were chosen from more than 40 submissions from K-12 students across Southeastern Massachusetts.

The winners’ artwork will be featured in the Authority’s 2018 calendar. Each winner also received a $100 gift card to travel aboard Steamship Auhtority ferries.

The winners are:

Bailey Brown, East Falmouth, Grade 4

Logan Borowicz, Dartmouth, Grade 6

Kaylee Frias-Martin, New Bedford, Grade 7

Kaylee Tillson, New Bedford, Grade 8

Nate Birmingham, Kindergarten, Falmouth

Hilary Packard, Cataumet, Grade 9,

Victoria Johnson,  Falmouth, Grade 10
