BARNSTABLE – Darryl S. Green, 42, of East Falmouth was arraigned Thursday in a 2013 robbery that is connected to a double murder case.

The robbery took place on Central Avenue in East Falmouth at the scene of the double murder of Kristopher Williams and Crystal Lopes.

A grand jury handed down an indictment on June 12.

Green was arraigned in Barnstable Superior Court on one count of larceny and was released on $10,000 cash bail.

Barnstable Superior Court Judge Gary Nickerson said Green “did not do well” on a drug test. “It’s not just methadone running around in your system,” he said.

Conditions for Green include abstinence from drugs and alcohol and random drug screenings.

Nickerson said if Green continues to fail his screenings, his bail will be adjusted. “You’ll be a very poor risk,” he said.

Green’s attorney said his client is working as a mason on a new hotel being constructed in Hyannis.

A pretrial conference is scheduled for July 31.
