Tales of Cape Cod to Host Evening with Casey Sherman

BARNSTABLE – Tales of Cape Cod, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and disseminating Cape Cod’s unique history, will host an evening with a local award winning journalist and author.

Barnstable native Casey Sherman will be the organization’s special guest speaker on Friday, October 5 at the Olde Colonial Courthouse in Barnstable Village.

A reception and book signing will start at 6 p.m. with the program beginning at 7 p.m.

Sherman will discuss the nation’s number #1 sports book “12: The Inside Story of Tom Brady’s Fight for Redemption,” which delves deep into the quarterback’s battle with the NFL over Deflategate and the Patriots come from behind Super Bowl win over the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl 51.

Sherman will also take the audience on a writer’s journey through his many other bestselling books including “The Finest Hours,” “Boston Strong,” and “The Ice Bucket Challenge.”

He is also a contributing writer for TIME Magazine, Esquire and The Washington Post.
