COTUIT – The Rip-It-Ups will be in town to blow the roof off Cotuit Center for the Arts at a concert to bid good riddance to 2018.
Fronted by vocalist Jodi Birchall, the Rip-It-Ups celebrate with a rock and roll extravaganza with something for everybody, young or old. Known for their original, energetic and creative sound, the Rip-It-Ups play rock and roll, blues, rockabilly, country and western, ballads, jazz, and soul, both covers and originals.
A fixture on the Cape since 2006, the Rip-It-Ups perform regularly at Cotuit Center for the Arts, the Beachcomber in Wellfleet, the Barley Neck Inn in Orleans, the Roobar in Chatham, and other venues too.
The band always has a good time—and shares their high spirits, and musical enthusiasm with their audiences, who will want to dance the night away. Celebrate the New Year with the Rip-It-Ups’ good vibes.
The pre-New Year’s Eve soirée takes place Saturday, December 29, at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $35, $30 for balcony seating. There is a $5 discount for members and a $2 discount for seniors and veterans.
