BARNSTABLE- The Barnstable Harbormaster’s Office will be adding names to mooring waiting lists at numerous locations around the town this month.
Twenty-five names will be added at the Centerville River area, Cotuit Bay Shores, Cotuit Cordwood/Oyster Co, the East Bay, and the North Bay.
In order to be considered for a slots, an individual town application form must be completed in addition to a five dollar nonrefundable application fee per person, per entry.
Names will be added to the end of the currently active waiting list in chronological order as drawn. Only one entry will be allowed per individual, per area.
Entries will be accepted now to 4:15 pm on July 23rd, 2018, and only entries received by the Harbormaster’s Office by the deadline will be entered.
The final drawing will be held at the Barnstable Town Hall Hearing Room on July 27th, 2018 at 10:00 am.
All names picked from the drawing will have until, August 15th, 2018 by 4:15 pm to submit the required $25 waiting list fee.
