TRURO – Truro voters passed a zoning by law this week that sets limits on the size and location of marijuana farms.
The move didn’t come without some back and forth between farmers and town officials.
The planning board proposed a marijuana land use by-law that restricts the farms to a specific area of town and limits the size of acreage that can be used for the product.
A proposed ban on florescent lighting in the growing process was voted down.
