NANTUCKET – Brock Insurance, a division of Rogers & Gray, and Arbella Insurance Foundation have each pledged $25,000 to the Community Foundation for Nantucket.
The funds will support The Nantucket Fund, which provides community grants to financially support and focus attention on the island’s most critical needs and initiatives.
“The Arbella Insurance Foundation is proud to join Brock Insurance and Rogers & Gray in supporting the Community Foundation for Nantucket,” said Beverly Tangvik, president of the Arbella Insurance Foundation. “We’re fortunate to have such generous agent partners who consistently help their neighbors in need and make a difference in their communities.”
The donation was announced in conjunction with The Nantucket Fund’s Annual Grant Recipient Breakfast on Nantucket last week where the Community Foundation for Nantucket grant recipients were highlighted.

In 2015, the Community Foundation for Nantucket awarded $138,720 to 25 charities, and last week they awarded $155,800 to 31 organizations.
