Two Seriously Injured In Early Morning Osterville Crash

OSTERVILLE – Two people were seriously injured after a crash on Main Street in Osterville early this morning.

Barnstable police and Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills rescue crews responded to the front of 162 Main Street around 1:45 am and found the vehicle with significant front end damage.

A woman was taken to Cape Cod Hospital for treatment, a man was transported to Marstons Mills Airport and was then medflighted to Rhode Island Hospital trauma center.

Both suffered possible life-threatening injuries.

The crash is still under investigation. A Barnstable police accident reconstruction team was on the scene following the incident.
