BOURNE – With rain in the forecast for Sunday, school officials with Upper Cape Regional Technical High School in Bourne have changed the time of this year’s commencement ceremony.
The Class of 2016 will now graduate at 10 a.m., moved up from the original 1 p.m. start time.
The move is an attempt to keep the ceremony outside. If graduation needs to move inside to the school’s gymnasium, it would limit the number of guests students could have in attendance.
