SANDWICH – A presentation on Wednesday night at Sandwich High School is intended to inform parents and students about the dangers of vaping, the practice of ingesting nicotine through tobaccoless devices that heat up a nicotine cartridge, allowing the user to inhale the drug.
The seminar will focus on the effects of vaping and the importance of setting boundaries with regard to the use of the devices.
It is scheduled for Wednesday night at Sandwich High school at 6:30.
It is being hosted by Caron treatment Centers with help from the Kiwanis Club of Sandwich. The public is invited.
