VNA of Cape Cod Named To Home Care Elite List

HYANNIS – The Visiting Nurses Association of Cape Cod has once again been named to the Home Care Elite list of top 500 agencies in the U.S.

This is the 7th consecutive year the agency has received this particular designation.

In its 12th year, the program reviews close to 10,000 home agencies around the country and identifies the top 25 percent.

The VNA of Cape cod has been recognized as being in the top 25 percent for all twelve years of the evaluations.

Winners are ranked through a variety of crieteria, including Quality outcomes, best practice implantation, patient experience, quality improvement and consistency and financial performance.

The VNA of Cape Cod, part of Cape Cod Healthcare, serves patients and clients from Provincetown to Pembroke as well as Nantucket and the Vineyard.
