WAQUOIT BAY – In the market for a summer job?

The Department of Conservation and Recreation is seeking applications for a seasonal a Park employees at South Cape Beach and the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve.

Available positions include Interpreters, an Island Manager, Park Supervisor, and Park Rangers.

Park Interpreters perform, educational and administrative tasks in the delivery of visitor services and resource interpretation.

Rangers Conduct patrols, either in a vehicle, on a bicycle or on foot, enforcing laws and regulations, assisting with first aid and providing visitor services.

The Island Manager supervises the maintenance and operation of Washburn, including campsites, bathroom facilities, trails, and day use areas owned and operated by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
