WAREHAM – A Wareham man is facing charges after a shoplifting incident at the Walmart on Cranberry Highway Wednesday.
51 year old Glenn Proctor was taken into custody after being pulled over on Route 28 south. Police say he sped up and tried to avoid being pulled over for about a mile before eventually stopping.
Officers say they found items from the robbery in Proctor’s vehicle.
This is Proctor’s third shoplifting offense. He also faces a number of motor vehicle charges.
