ORLEANS – Warrants have been issued for a 23-year-old man and woman, who according to police, failed to fulfill obligations set forth by an Orleans District Court Judge, a day after being arrested by Eastham Police.
A 3-month-long investigation by police from Provincetown, Truro and Eastham police led to the arrests of Kristien Wieditz and Emily Beaulieu on Tuesday.
A search of their basement apartment in Orleans led police to find small amounts of heroin, baggies and a scale.
Both were arrested with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and were released with the intent to appear in court on Wednesday.
Police say they arrived to their arraignment hearing in Orleans District Court, but failed to appear at obligations made by the judge.
