HARWICH – A water main break in Harwich left several homes without water Friday morning.
According to an automated message from the town’s water department, the break was located on Lothrop Road.
Water service in that area between Gilbert Lane and Route 28 will be off for several hours.
Customers in north and west Harwich, who initially experienced low pressure, should have normal water pressure by now.
The town said updates will be posted throughout the day at harwichwater.com.
