Water Main Break Leads to Early Dismissal of Upper Cape Tech

BOURNE – Students at Upper Cape Regional Technical High School were dismissed early today after a water main break at the school.

It remains to be seen as to whether or not the school will be able to open tomorrow, according to School Superintendent Robert Dutch.

Crews have yet to assess how much work needs to be done to repair the main, he said.

School was dismissed at 11 a.m.

Transportation is being provided as usual beginning at 11 a.m.  Students currently off campus will be transported at their regular time.

After school activities are cancelled.
