HARWICH PORT – The executive director of WE CAN, a Cape Cod non-profit dedicated to empowering women, will be retiring next June.
Andi Genser has held the position for the past 8 years.
She says the organization is in a good place with a strong board and well-qualified and committed staff.
We CAN President Pam Kukla says Gesner has done a lot to lead and shape the organization into what it is today.
WE CAN will soon begin a search to find a replacement and expects to have a new executive director named by late winter.
