WE CAN Names New Executive Director

BARNSTABLE – WE CAN, a local women’s empowerment group, has announced a change in leadership.

The organization’s Board of Directors has named Dianne Gauthier as their new Executive Director. She will replace Andi Genser, who plans to retire later this year.

“I am honored to join WE CAN as the new executive director,” Gauthier said. “I am greatly inspired by WE CAN’s mission and extraordinary programming. WE CAN’s staff and dedicated volunteers have been empowering women across Cape Cod for over a decade and I look forward to building on that momentum and strength.”

Gauthier has held leadership positions with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and has worked with the Lower Cape Outreach Council.

Gauthier is a Cape Cod native and lives in Marstons Mills with her husband and children.
