MASHPEE – WE CAN is partnering with Community Health Center of Cape Cod to provide on-site consultations and support services at the health center’s Mashpee office.
WE CAN volunteers will provide information about financial empowerment, work support or legal services at the free and confidential sessions.
The goal of the services is to foster independence and empower women to create lasting, positive change for themselves, their families and the community.
The sessions will be held monthly beginning in December.
Interested individuals must register in advance for a consultation by calling 508-430-8111.
The program is open to all women interested in attending, regardless of if they are a health center patient.
The Community Health Center of Cape Cod is a non-profit health center that provides access to health care for adults and children with MassHealth, Commonwealth Care, Medicare, private insurance or no insurance at all.
Services include primary care and preventive care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy and coordinated case management. Locations are in Bourne, Centerville, Falmouth and Mashpee.
