WELFLEET- Welfleet Police have arrested 57-year-old Jennifer Lord after they say she backed into a telephone pole with her vehicle and struck three pedestrians on a sidewalk while under the influence of alcohol.
Around 11 a.m. this morning, police were called to the scene at 300 Main Street and the three pedestrians were transported to Cape Cod Hospital for treatment.
After investigating, police took Lord into custody.
Lord will be arraigned in Orleans District Court tomorrow and is charged with OUI/Alcohol 4th offense, OUI/Alcohol Serious Bodily Injury, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle and No License in Possession.
