Well Strung Coming To Cotuit Holiday Show

COTUIT – Well Strung, a string quartet, will give a concert consisting of holiday music done in their unique pop-classical style.

The show, titled “Home for the Holidays”, will include traditional and contemporary classics as well as everything in between and take place at Cotuit Center for the Arts.

The group is known for mixing popular classical pieces with pop hits from the likes of Taylor Swift and Rihanna.

Recently, the New York Times said Well Strung “brilliantly fuses pop and classical music from Madonna to Beethoven.”

BBC Radio host Jo Good called them “absolutely amazing.”

They have been invited to perform at the Vatican and a gala for President Obama.

After the release of their video “Chelsea’s mom”, which went viral, Hillary Clinton requested a special performance.

Their latest album “POPssical” debuted at #8 on Billboard’s Classical Crossover Chart.

The concert is scheduled for December 28th at 7:30.  The Cotuit Center for the Arts is located on Route 28.
