WEST BARNSTABLE – One West Barnstable resident has claimed the fifth million dollar prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery.
Paula Millar bought a $30 instant ticket game, “Ultimate Millions,” from the Mid Cape Service Center at the intersection of Route 6 and Route 132.
She opted for the one-time payout of $650,000 before taxes. A $10,000 bonus will be paid to the retailer.
