EASTHAM – Wild Care Cape Cod will hold their fall Open House Saturday in Eastham.
The event will have meet and greets with Animal Ambassadors who will give hourly presentations featuring “GARV” the Eastern Box Turtle at 11 a.m., “Up Up” the Eastern Screech Owl at 12 p.m., “Ilean” the Mallard at 1 p.m., and “Nickerson” the Eastern Screech Owl at 1:45 p.m.
There will also be a surprise special guest making an appearance from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Pumpkin picking and painting, face painting and lunch provided by Breakaway’s “X-Grill,” a 16,000 pound rolling barbecue grill truck, will also be part of the activities
The event is set for Saturday, October 5th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10 Smith Lane, Eastham.
Lunch is $6 per person.
Donations from Wild Care Cape Cod’s wish list will be accepted by the organization.
