“Witness for the Prosecution” to be Featured on Nantucket

BB_Nantucket_HistoricalAssociationAdministrativeOffices_Summer2015NANTUCKET – A staged reading of an iconic Agatha Christie short story will come to the Nantucket Historical Association’s Quaker Meeting House later this month.

The NHA and the Theater Workshop of Nantucket present “Witness for the Prosecution” on September 23 and 24.

Organizers say the murder mystery will leave audiences on the edge of their “pews” until the very last moments.

NHA Public Programs Coordinator Brianne Roth says the Quaker Meeting House provides the perfect setting for the murder mystery.

Theater Workshop of Nantucket Artisitic Director, and the play’s director, Justin Cerne says the performance will be full of intrigue, surprises and twists.

Both shows on Friday and Saturday will be at 7 p.m. at the meeting house on Fair Street and tickets are $20. They can be purchased at N-H-A dot org.
