Yarmouth Police Charge Two With Cocaine Dealing

WEST YARMOUTH – Yarmouth police have charged two people with cocaine possession after allegedly finding drugs at their College Road home during the execution of a search warrant.

Marvin Sean Bryan, 38, and Kayla Ruth McAneeny, 26, were charged with two felonies, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute cocaine.

Members of the Yarmouth and Barnstable Police Department Drug Enforcement Units, the Yarmouth Police Patrol Force and the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit searched a home at 24 College Road in West Yarmouth at approximately 6 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7.

While conducting the search, according to police, Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department K9 Sergeant Paul Roderick and his drug detection dog found a clear plastic knotted baggie containing a white rock like substance which tested positive as cocaine. Also seized during the search in the kitchen was a digital scale and plastic baggies, police said.

mcaneenyAfter the search, Bryan and McAneeny were arrested and taken to Yarmouth Police Headquarters and both were scheduled for arraignment in Barnstable District Court today.
