Yarmouth Police Conducting Domestic Violence Risk Visits

Yarmouth PoliceYARMOUTH – The Yarmouth Police Departments Proactive Anti-Crime Unit members are making visits to people that have suffered from domestic violence in recognition of National Domestic Violence Prevention Month.

During the visits, officers remind everyone of the laws regarding domestic violence, along with prevention and treatment programs for people in need,

The Proactive Anti-Crime Unit prevention visits are under the direction of Lt. Patrick Carty and have been well received and beneficial, according to Yarmouth police.
