YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police are investigating three home break-ins early Wednesday morning in West Yarmouth.
Starting at 4:30 a.m., three homes were broken into in the neighborhood of Bayberry and Lewis Road.
All of the break-ins happened at homes that were unlocked and had residents sleeping.
No one was injured during the break-ins and small items were stolen including an iPad, wallet, purse and cash.
One resident did report seeing a tall man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
Police are asking the public to remember to lock doors at night, keep lights on and to report any suspicious person or noise immediately by calling 911.
