WEST YARMOUTH – Police in Yarmouth will wrap up 2017 with the annual YPD BLUE Holiday Classic Run/Walk on Sunday.
The course is 4.2 miles through Bayberry Hills golf course walking trails and begins and ends at police headquarters off Higgins Crowell Road.
Race registration is $10, open to individuals of all ages and begins at 9:30 a.m. on race day.
Post-race activities will follow at the department’s training center and will include refreshments.
Participants are encouraged to bring a “pot luck” style food item to share with runners and first responders.
Parking is available in the lot and driveway area next door at Mattacheese Middle School.
