YARMOUTH – The Town of Yarmouth is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the Packet Landing Pavilion along Bass River.
The project provides the finishing touches to the existing Packet Landing Park and Marina and includes a covered pavilion, open air deck and public restrooms.
“Many people and organizations, including Town Staff, the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and the Community & Economic Development Committee, worked hard to make this project possible,” said Karen Greene, Director of Community Development.
The project was funded through the Community Preservation Act, and through Tourism Revenue Preservation Funds distributed by the CEDC for physical improvements that promote tourism.
