MASHPEE – Cape Cod’s only licensed “gentlemen’s club” is now on the market for $4.3 million.
Zachary’s Pub in Mashpee is up for sale and includes 50 single and multi-family residential units in 13 buildings in addition to the strip club.
John Ciluzzi, president of Premier Commercial, is selling the property and expects the floor show license to gain significant interest in the location.
“We have placed a monopoly on the market with the properties and the businesses and the only gentlemen’s club licensed to operate in Barnstable County,” said Ciluzzi.
The over six acres of land also includes a full laundry facility and all alcohol, entertainment, tobacco, billiards, dancing and floor show licenses.
Ciluzzi said that there could also be new uses for the property.
“We think that the site could potentially be re-developed, so we’re looking at a business operator or a real estate investor to look at the site for re-development,” said Ciluzzi.
Any re-development would need environmental protection review as the Mashpee River runs through some of the land.
Ciluzzi added that there has been interest in the property from people across the country.
