Christmas Wishes 2020 – Family 083

We all know that Christmas is the time of giving… But all too often, we overlook giving to the people who need our help the most. This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. Now we’re asking you and your family (friends, colleagues, etc) to considering sponsoring this family.

If you would like to sponsor this family, please read the description below and fill out the form.

This family has truly been affected by the pandemic. As restaurant workers, both parents have struggled to stay afloat due to lockdown orders and restrictions placed on the restaurant's they work for. Both parents are hard working, often working double shifts or two jobs to make up for lost wages, while balancing the needs of their children. The children's grandmother has moved in but has also picked up a part time position to try to help out financially. This is a family that is hard working but the stress of finances and parents working long hours has been difficult on these kids. The children all believe in the power of Santa and their parents would be so very grateful for anyone willing to help them keep the magic alive for their kids. Child #1 male age 4 needs any clothing, size 6. He likes PJ Masks for play. Child #2 male age 10 wears a boy's size 12 slim. He wishes for an electric scooter and Fortnite V Bucks. Child #3, female, age 14 wears a size junior 8 and needs some jeans. A woman's small for shirts and a woman's medium for a jacket or coat. She would love a gift card to Target or Hollister or a Hollister sweatshirt. Mom, dad and grandma would appreciate a gift card to Stop & Shop, Target or the Mall.
