Client is an 11-year-old female currently living with & being raised by maternal grandparents who currently have guardianship of client due to clients' mothers struggle with addiction & unsafe behaviors & bio-father being absent. Client describes her older brother as her best friend as he has helped care for client as well. Client struggles with social cues, making & maintaining friendships & ‘overhears’ a lot of adult conversations that have client attempting to present older than she is. Client does have a developmental delay & is diagnosed with anxiety as well. Parent/guardian 1: 68-year old maternal grandmother tries her best to provide & support the family but is struggling medically. Would love some new bath towels (any color but white) as ll as some gift cards possibly to Target, Kohls, Stop & Shop. Parent/guardian 2: 70- year old maternal grandfather tries best to help wife & granddaughter, howeevr, is challenged medically with frequent visits to the hospital. He'd like gift cards to Walmart, Target, and Stop & Shop. Child 1: 11 year old female enjoys dressing comfortably in a size XL for leggings & shirts with a size 9 in sneakers. For jeans & dresses it is believed that she is a women's size 16 for clothing. Grandmother says she would benefitfrom receiving winter clothes, socks, and boots. She would really love ROBLOX gift cards. Child 2: 19 year old male enjoys wearing black or dark blue skinny jeans as well as plaid shirts. Grandmother shared that he could benefit from winter clothes, a Patriots hoodie, as well as socks & sneakers/boots in a men's size 12. He would also benefit from a Visa gift card as he does attend college & does commute/travel.
