Client is a 12-year-old male who lives with mom & brother full time with visits at dads & time with older sister during holidays. Client struggles with expressing self positively, making/maintaining friendships & becomes agitated easily. Through the year of working with client, client has been able to learn skills to help alleviate negative reactions to others, however, client continues to struggle with self-esteem as well often sharing that he doesn’t feel he has support from others. Mom tries her best to provide necessaties for the home but, at times struggles as a single mother. She works full time and is challenged with two pre-teen boys, structure & routine. Child #1: 12-year-old male fits into adult small clothing with a mens 7.5 sneaker. He really needs athletic wear & basketball shorts, hooded sweatshirts, & tshirts. He struggles with sensory issues when it comes to school & does not wear pants of any kind. He really wants Star Wars The Child Animatronic (baby yoda) & could benefit from gift cards for ROBLOX & Barnes & Noble. Child #2: 11-year-old male fits into an adult small for clothing with a mens size 7 sneaker. He also enjoys wearing athetic wear, sweatpants & zip up sweatshirts. He would love to have Lego DREAMZzz & could benefit from Roblox & Barnes & Noble gift cards. Child #3: 24-year-old female is in a womens size medium & womens 7 sneaker. She really wants a pink stanley tumbler & could benefit from gift cards for Sephora, TJMAXX, & Starbucks. Parent/guardian #1: Mom would benefit from receiving gift cards for groceries, gas, amazon & Ulta.
