This is a 22 year old going to school for vet tech and working at a clinic. Client struggles with depression and anxiety symptoms as well some allergies and health issues that often make going to work/school difficult. Client has worked hard to create a healthy future with going to school and finding a career. Family has lived here for 20+ years but struggle with social support and communication/dyanmics between family members. Ct and family miss their family in Brazil as they haven't seen them for 10+ years. Child #1: 22 year old- art supplies, books (horror, mystery, thriller genres), work jacket/hoodie in XL (dark green, brown, blue, beige), socks and beanies, pajamas size XL, rain jacket size XL, long sleeve shirts XL in dark colors. Parent/guardian 1: Dad- long sleeve shirts (darker colors) and white tshirt packs- size medium. requests work jeans or cargo pants (32x30) and work hoodies (medium, in darker colors). Would like a rain jacket ( size M), winter hat and gloves, and socks. Parent/guardian 2: Mom- women's winter jacket size large (white, brown, or dark blue); pajamas size large, rain jacket size L in darker colors, requests a sewing kit, socks and winter hats/scarves, gloves. Family: gift cards- marshalls, TJ Maxx, Target, Home Goods. Requests bed sheets in full and queen size (dark colors). Requests a suitcase, baking supplies, plates/ utencils set for the kitchen/ kitchen supplies.
