This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. Single mother with one daughter who recently graduated high school. Mother has single handedly raised her daughter solely by herself after leaving a situation involving domestic abuse. At one point in time she worked 4 different jobs to ensure they had a roof over their heads and all other financial needs were met. Child #1: 19-year-old recent high school graduate is working to create a business selling holistic plant-based items. Would love to receive herbs to create salves, lotions, candles and other products (or gift card to a shop that may sell the items). Would enjoy candles, Marshall’s gift card, gas gift card, grocery store gift card as she journey’s off to her own place. Pots and pans and other items for starting to establish own home. Parent/guardian #1: 50 year old mom would benefit from self-care products, cat toys as she has cats in the home, Marshall’s gift card, candles, gas gift cards and grocery store gift cards.
