We all know that Christmas is the time of giving… But all too often, we overlook giving to the people who need our help the most. This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. This is a teenage girl living with her mother and father separately. She has been dealing with emotional struggles related to a difficult school and home life because of her learning disability. She struggles to get along with her parents. The family has many concerns including financial and desperately need some help to provide for Christmas this season. Child #1: She would like Gift cards to TJ Maxx or Target. She also likes doing her own make up and would like a gift card for make up products if possible. Maybe a Best Buy gift card to help client save for a phone. Parent/guardian #1: Gift cards for Stop and Shop Parent/guardian #2: Gift cards for Stop and Shop or for gasoline.
