We all know that Christmas is the time of giving… But all too often, we overlook giving to the people who need our help the most. This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. Now we’re asking you and your family (friends, colleagues, etc) to considering sponsoring this family.
If you would like to sponsor this family, please read the description below and fill out the form.

Single mother of two with one child in college and another planning to start next fall, is working fulltime to support her children so that they can reach their dream. Both children work year-round to support their future as well. With costs increasing, mother has been picking up extra shifts to cover expenses. Any support to make this families holiday a success would be a weight off mothers’ shoulders and greatly appreciated as she is trying to balance work with managing her own medical difficulties. Child #1: A 17 year old that loves anything Taylor Swift and Harry Styles is asking for a Hot Topic gift card as well as TJ Maxx and Amazon as client has not been able to work as many shifts as they has a production coming up. She is also in need of XL shirts and favorite colors are red. Child #2: A 19 year old son is in need of a Walmart and gas gift card as well as jeans/pants size 28Lx38W. He is a big hockey fan so anything hockey related he enjoys. Mother reports that an Amazon gift card would also be helpful. Parent/guardian #1: Mother in her early 60s is wanting to improve her health and a gift card to EMS or Dicks Sporting Goods would help to make this possible. Mother would also appreciate a gas and grocery gift card as well as size XL long sleeve shirts or gift card to go towards being able to purchase some. Any selfcare items (bath and body works), a warm bathrobe size XL and cozy throw blanket would help to brighten her holiday season.
