We all know that Christmas is the time of giving… But all too often, we overlook giving to the people who need our help the most. This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. Now we’re asking you and your family (friends, colleagues, etc) to considering sponsoring this family.

A 17 year old resilient female, receiving treatment to support anxiety. She has hopes to attend college next year and become a first-generation college student in her family. Her family of 5 are experiencing financial hardships this year as they have been caring for their grandmother’s medical needs. Any support this holiday season would be appreciated by all. Child #1: 17 year old female who is in need of new clothes for the winter sweatshirts/sweatpants size XL. She wishes for an American Eagle, Amazon, or Visa gift card. Child #2: 15 year old male. He is in need of new clothes sweatshirt size XL tall, sweatpants size XL and black ankle socks size 10/12. He wishes for a ps5 gaming headset or an amazon gift card. Parent/guardian 1: Dad is in need of some new clothes for work and would appreciate a visa, work n’ gear, or amazon gift card. Dad would benefit from white socks size 12. Parent/guardian 2: Mom is in need of some new clothes for her job (visa, Kohl’s, amazon) and would be grateful to be able to pick out a new lamp from HomeGoods. Grandmother: Would appreciate a new throw blanket or a visa gift card.
