We all know that Christmas is the time of giving… But all too often, we overlook giving to the people who need our help the most. This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. This is a bright 13-year-old girl, who lives with her mother and sister. We are working with her to assist in overcoming past trauma at an early age. As a family they enjoy watching movies together and playing board games. Mom works fulltime to support both girls, however money is tight. The little girl is hoping to help mom give them the best Christmas possible! Child #1: 13yo girl (favorite color is red) needs clothing, Shirts- Juniors size large, Pants- Juniors size 11, Sneakers or boots- size 9. She wishes for a bike, Hogwarts Legacy for Nintendo Switch, Keeper of the Lost Cities series by Shannon Messenger, Barnes and Noble gift card, Pokémon cards or merchandise, Minecraft merchandise, Gumball maker, Harry Potter merchandise, Craft kits- bracelets, clay, suncatchers. Child #2: Sister- 11yo girl, (favorite color is purple) also needs clothing, Shirts and pants- Kids size 12/14 Sneakers or boots, Kids size 3. She wishes for a bike, Polly Pocket Unicorn, Polly Pocket Unicorn Dream Cruise Playset, Lilo and Stich merchandise, Slime kit.
