We all know that Christmas is the time of giving… But all too often, we overlook giving to the people who need our help the most. This holiday season, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, Child and Family Services and Mid-Cape Home Centers have reached out to the Cape Cod community to make sure the families in our own neighborhoods do not go without this Christmas. A family of four is experiencing financial hardship due to having to relocate multiple times. Both father and grandmother work tirelessly to maintain the family's housing and some form of normalcy for the children. The family members are very loving and caring, and everybody provides support to each other as needed. Having some extra support during this holiday season to make the children's Christmas special would mean the world to this family. Child #1: 12 year-old boy needs size 18 tops/pants and size 8 shoes (no laces); would love some Nintendo Switch games, Legos, dinosaur-related items, trucks, and dragon-related items Child #2: 10 year-old girl needs size 16 tops/pants, size 7 shoes, underwear, socks, and PJs; would love a tablet, arts and crafts activites, and a doll Parent/Guardian #1: Grandmother would love gift cards to Marshalls, Target, and grocery stores Parent/Guardian #2: Dad would appreciate grocery and gas gift cards.
