Framingham – November 17, 2016 – The Massachusetts Broadcasters Association held their annual meeting this week and the annual “Sound Bites” Awards for Excellence in Broadcasting.
CCB-Media was honored in a several areas. The Karen & Ralphie Show on 99.9 The Q for Radio Personality, Karen Blake and Ralphie Marino of Mashpee were recognized. In the News category, Matt Pitta of Harwich for Coverage of Breaking News, Pilgrim Nuclear to Close and Matt McCarthy of Carver for his feature Sports report, Cape Cod Baseball League.
CCB Media Creative Director Steve Marcus, Harwich, for Commercial Campaign, Meet St. Pius for St. Pius X and lastly Operations Manager, Wayne White of Sandwich won the first ever “Above and Beyond” award for a staff member who consistently over performs expectations for the station and the community.
