Cape League Report – July 11th, 2016

There were quite a few games that ended in ties this past weekend with 2 last night and one both Friday and Saturday evenings.

Last night it was Orleans and Brewster who tied 4-4. The other tie was in Harwich as the Anglers and Mariners had one run a piece. The draw was Harwich’s second in as many games.

Falmouth had a perfect weekend winning all three of their games including the 6-2 victory over Wareham last night. Bourne snapped their 6 game losing streak with a 3-1 win at home vs. Y-D, and Cotuit keeps improving as they added another win to the season when they beat Hyannis 2-1. The Kettleers are 6-3-1 over their last 10 games.

There aren’t any games on the schedule tonight but action returns on Tuesday.
