WELLFLEET – A man was injured after reportedly falling off a tractor he was operating. Rescuers were called to Old Kings Highway near Designers Road sometime before 1 PM. Crews had to work for a time to extricate the victim. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening. Further details were not immediately available.
