HYANNIS – A woman was seriously injured in an incident at the Target store at the Cape Cod Mall Saturday afternoon. It was not immediately clear how the injuries were sustained but rescuers called for a MedFlight helicopter to land at Barnstable Municipal Airport to fly the victim to a trauma center.
