47-year-old Sandwich man arrested on child pornography charges

SANDWICHFrom Sandwich Police: On September 17, 2026 Sandwich Police Detectives, with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the State Police STOP Team, executed a search warrant at a residence located in Sandwich, MA. As a result of the search warrant, 47-year-old Justin Harriman of Sandwich was arrested on multiple Child Pornography charges. This search warrant and subsequent arrest was the result of a CyberTip received by the Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that was assigned to a task force officer from the Sandwich Police Department’s Detective Division. The CyberTip alleged that an online account, later identified to be Harriman’s, possessed and disseminated child pornography.

Harriman was arrested and then booked at the Sandwich Police Department on the following charges:
1) Possession of Child Pornography
2) Dissemination of Child Pornography
3) Photograph Sexual or Intimate Parts of a Child (2 COUNTS)

Harriman was held on $10,000 cash bail and will be arraigned at Barnstable District Court on Friday September 18th, 2026. The investigation remains ongoing at this time. This case is being prosecuted by the Cape & Islands District Attorney’s Office.
