Alleged drunk driver crashes into pedicab in Provincetown

PROVINCETOWN – An alleged drunk driver reportedly crashed into the rear of a pedicab in Provincetown early Saturday July 3rd. The incident in the far east end of town ejected one person from the pedicab. A MedFlight helicopter was called  but was not available so the victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with serious injuries. The driver, Chelsea Bianco, 30, of Somerset, MA was charged with operating under the influence of liquor causing serious bodily injury and operating negligently to endanger. Two other passengers on the pedicab were also taken to CCH. Bianco was scheduled to be arraigned in Orleans District Court on Tuesday.
