ORLEANS – A beachgoer was seriously injured at Nauset Beach in Orleans sometime after 9 AM Thursday. The victim reportedly suffered a possible spinal injury and was placed on a backboard and in a cervical collar before being transported to Cape Cod Hospital.
It was not immediately clear how the injury occurred.
